-First, right there she is WRONG again. She only listed the American court cases and that is not all the court cases against or by Monat.

Monat Global v. Vickie Harrington

As stated in part one she settled and turned on people who trusted her. But again she settled for a tiny, baby fraction of what Monat was suing. Monat does not disclose how much she paid to settle, but imagine for a moment if someone tells you I am going to sue you for $10,000 and a lawyer says to you it will cost you $1,000 to hire me and then the company comes and says I will settle for $20 and a little information. Would you pay? Many would give the 20 and the data. That is precisely what Ms. Harrington did; she sold out her friends and those who trusted her to Monat to save her home. Now here is where I start making stuff up

Monat Global v. Kayla Baker

Kayla has neither lost nor settled. The last thing we can see in her case is that it got transferred from Michigan Eastern to Southern District of Florida on December 4, 2018. I bothered to take the time to reach out to one of the parties in question and learn the truth. I doubt Mrs. Michaels is familiar with the fact. So, the truth is that it is not settled in anyone's favor much less Monat's favor.

Here are the lawyers for Monat that Mrs. Michaels could reach out to if she actually cared about the truth. But I guess being trustworthy is not essential to Mrs. Michaels' goal. The only thing that matters is who will buy her shampoo.

Monat Global v. Toni Miller

As soon as I read Mrs. Michaels's post I quickly wanted to find out of Toni settled. By actually taking a moment to do a little research I learned that Mrs. Michaels again gave out false information. Mrs. Miller's case was like Ms. Baker's case moved to the Southern District of Florida. This change of venue was approved on October 5, 2018. Monat fought against having it moved from the information that I have learned.

The class action lawsuits are being combined into one big case in Southern Florida this one little piece of information she is correct on. When she finally comes out and says it is settled don't just believe her actually research because as have clearly proven Mrs. Michaels makes up her truths to fit the world as she wants to paint it.

Wow, this would have been simple to get right, but she FAILED even to understand these simple facts correct. She then later in the blog gets it right.

Mrs. Cheesy, can I ask you a question do you enjoy telling lies? Because here is another one. Now, like everyone else you can have this whole series I am doing deleted if you apologize to all those you told lies about post a retraction explaining why you lied and revealed your sources for your lies.

Part 3 we will go over Mrs. Michaels take on the lawsuit timeline, definitions of the terms.

We will also go over the fact that the "The New Group" is not the original group that Monat sued over and that the group was in fact created Feb. 2018 after the lawsuits by an unknown Kimberly Lewis.

I will also show that at least on added by Kimberly Lewis is Monat salespeople.
