Dear FDA,
There is no question since Monat stormed on to the scene in October 2014, the Urdaneta Family has taught their team how to work around the laws governing what they thought they could get away with for every post. They picked the MLM market because I believe they knew they could allow Market Partners to say things that were not legally allowed and pled an inability to govern their market partners.
When first caught in the FDA lies they changed it to FDA approved facilities and then they said they were putting things into place to better govern their sales team. However, their sales team has learned to argue that shampoos do not require FDA approval and that they see no difference in a shampoo and a shampoo making drug claims. Below I will share screenshots of Market Partners who have bragged about FDA Approval even after learning they did not actually have FDA approval and then I will share many of the medical claims including cellular renewal, hair growth, DHT blockers, alopecia, psoriasis and eczema.
I believe Monat has acted in a way that shows a complete disregard for the FDA and the laws. My hope is that before one more person buys into the false promise of a cure for whatever ails them, that the FDA would look hard at the medical claims Monat is making. Because I can't imagine anything worse than a young child thinking Monat is going to grow their hair back only to find their parents spent 100s of dollars on something that was never approved to work on alopecia.

Monat works by blocking a hormone? Is that not a drug or medical thing that could have negative impact on those suffer from too much Estrogen? Pregnant? Nursing? Please FDA I am begging you to investigate their medical claims.
Please FDA take special not Monat Market Partners are aware of the small red bumps and itchy scalp create by Monat.
FDA Approved FDA Approved claims were all over the internet prior to stylist arguing about it. We were called liars attacked and belittled for speaking up.
