Redken, this is one of your ambassadors, Elle Bangs showing her best beauty products of 2018. Did Redken shampoos or conditioners make her list? Do you think her followers are running out buying Redken? Because if I were someone influenced by Elle Bangs, I would be thinking Redken can't even create a better shampoo then one that has 11 class action lawsuits, over 700 BBB formal complaints and almost 300 FDA complaints. Thankfully for me, a massive fan of Redken All Soft I have found Elle knows very little about hair growth, or hair science as a whole. However, is this really the message you want to send to your customer? Is this really the best you could do for an ambassador, one that doesn't even trust in your hair care line?
